Luc Jones

He is the Country Director KSA at Marc Ellis since 2024. He has been based in Bangalore from 2021 to 2022, leading Randstad's Executive Search division for senior level permanent recruitment across India.

Prior to that, he served as the Business Director for HR Services at TerraLink, overseeing operations in Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and the UAE.

During his time at Fircroft, he held the role of Regional Sales Director for the CIS countries at Fircroft Engineering, managing operations across six countries and 14 offices in Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Uzbekistan.

He began his career at Antal in 1998 in Warsaw, Poland, where he developed the technology practice in Poland and the Baltic States. After relocating to Moscow in 2002, he played a key role in growing the office and expanding operations in CIS countries such as Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.

Throughout his career, he has also worked at organizations like Siebel Systems (now part of Oracle) in Prague, focusing on EMEA Emerging Territories, and ITE Group Plc, where he managed the Moscow Motor Show.

A native English speaker, he is fluent in Russian and proficient in Polish, Quebec French, and has a good command of Spanish. Currently 50 years old and based in India, he has traveled to 157 countries out of 195.

Specializing in the technology and professional services sector in international markets, particularly in CIS/CEE & MENA regions, he brings extensive experience working with major companies in energy, services, metals/mining, engineering, equipment, ICT, and automotive industries across the CIS countries.
