Dr. Malkarova graduated from the North Ossetian State University named after K. L. Khetagurov with a degree in English Language and Literature, then was awarded Ph.D. in Sociology in the Moscow State University of Commerce.
Dr. Malkarova proudly bears the title of H.H.Humphrey program (Fulbright Grant) alumna . As a Humphrey fellow she studied at Daniel J.Evans School of Public Policy and Governance at Washington State University and at Virginia Tech English and Culture Institute, USA.
Her career has been closely connected with public relations, large international cross-cultural projects, work abroad and in leadership positions at Russian universities.
Dr. Malkarova is the author of 26 publications, including one methodological manual for teachers - "School of Tolerance" and author of 18 works published in the Higher Attestation Commission
