Historic Memorandum of Understanding Signed Between EurAsia Gulf and Parasat Business Club

Dubai, UAE – April 9, 2025  

A landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between the EurAsia Gulf Business Platform and Kazakhstan’s Parasat Business Club during a joint event held at the Kazakhstan Trade House in the United Arab Emirates. This historic collaboration aims to strengthen business ties and foster investment opportunities between the UAE and Kazakhstan.  

The event witnessed the participation of numerous Forbes-listed investors and companies from Kazakhstan, alongside prominent business leaders and investors from EurAsia Gulf. The MOU was signed by Armanzhan Baitasov, founder of Parasat Business Club and Chairman of Tan Media Group & Forbes Kazakhstan, and Nawar Abdul Wahed, CEO of EurAsia Gulf.  

H.E. Victor Haruta, Vice Chairman of EurAsia Gulf and former Ambassador of Moldova to the UAE, emphasized the importance of such partnerships in connecting business leaders and investors from both nations. He expressed gratitude to the UAE leadership for creating a conducive environment that positions the country as a global hub for business.  

Kazakhstan

The event was co-organized and supported by the Kazakhstan Business Council in UAE and the Kazakhstan Chamber of International Commerce. In his welcome remarks, Mr. Alibek Almabekov, Co-Chairman of the Kazakhstani-UAE Business Council, highlighted the significance of this collaboration in enhancing economic relations between the two regions.  

This MOU sets a framework for:  

- Facilitating trade and investment opportunities between Kazakhstan and the UAE/GCC Countries    

- Promoting knowledge exchange and best practices  

- Supporting businesses in expanding into new markets  

The partnership is expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening economic ties and fostering mutual growth between Kazakhstan and the UAE.
