EurAsia Gulf Launches Operations in Georgia with Tbilisi Eurasian Tuesday

Tbilisi, Georgia – April 8, 2025 

EurAsia Gulf, a prominent business association connecting the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries with Eastern Europe and Central Asia, officially commenced its operations in the Republic of Georgia by hosting its inaugural event, Tbilisi Eurasian Tuesday, at the prestigious Marriott Tbilisi.  

The event brought together leading representatives from both the public and private sectors. Special guests included leadership from Hualing Free Industrial Zone, Tbilisi Free Zone, Poti Free Industrial Zone, EU-Georgia Business Council, International Investors Association of Georgia, and other notable organizations.

During the event:  

- Mr. Sergie Lola, General Manager of EurAsia Gulf’s Georgia office, outlined the organization’s ambitious plans for its activities in the coming year.  

- Mr. Henrik Winther, Chairman of EurAsia Gulf, delivered an inspiring speech emphasizing the organization's pivotal role in fostering investment and business opportunities between Georgia and the UAE. He also highlighted the success of Shvili, a restaurant chain owned by his Tigrus Restaurant Holding, which has been instrumental in promoting Georgian cuisine and culture internationally.  

- Mr. Nawar Abdul Wahed, CEO of EurAsia Gulf, presented the organization’s mission to connect business leaders across East Europe, Central Asia, and GCC countries through strategic initiatives and networking platforms.  

The event marks a significant milestone in EurAsia Gulf’s expansion into Georgia, reinforcing its commitment to fostering cross-regional collaboration and economic growth.
