With over a decade of experience building cultural and strategic bridges across Europe and the Middle East, Aleksandra brings a unique blend of diplomacy, strategic communication, and people-first leadership. She is a PhD/DBA candidate in Tolerance with the Ministry of Tolerance and Coexistence UAE, as an exploratory study and a graduate of executive education of Harvard Medical School’s “Building a Life of Wellness” program, grounded in the 85-year-long Harvard Study of Adult Development - the world’s longest study on human thriving.
Aleksandra has led multicultural teams across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, delivering strategic communications for global institutions, including Microsoft, Gitex Global, Dubai Basketball, and the Chamber of Commerce, and she is a member of the Dubai Business Women Council.
Aleksandra is the founder of Cultural Centre Taraba, a unique platform that bridges cultures, inspires creativity, and fosters tolerance across both social and corporate ecosystems by empowering individuals and organizations through cross-cultural programs and business development strategies.
